Distinguish movement from a diagnosis
A sloping or bouncy floor can have more than one explanation. AWC does not size structural repairs from a photograph or promise that replacing the finish will correct movement.
Choose an access path
Opening from above can disturb flooring; opening from below can disturb ceilings or require crawl-space access. The proposal should explain the selected approach and the surfaces to be restored.
Coordinate design when needed
Where structural design or permit review is required, construction details follow the appropriate qualified professional and jurisdiction. Temporary support and work sequence are planned for the actual condition.
Photos help start the review. Access, concealed conditions and required professional review can change the construction scope.
